Navigating between objects and spatial aesthetics, Ghali spent 15 years sharpening his ear to electronic music and techno culture before deciding to play his selections behind the decks and dancing as hard as the audience.

Thanks to his multicultural background, his selections are of relentless energy ranging from arab-ethnic sounds to acid, breaks, left-field and techno, infusing murky melancholic melodies while delivering aggressive punches.

Performing under the name of Higemoto, he launched his sound project 芸大{A}cid in 2019; an independent party series organized to both grow Techno culture among GEIDAI artists and curate their electronic composition to showcase it to a larger public.
